Referral Forms

The following two-page Master Referral Agreement establishes the agent that accepts the agreement as a continual referral source (unless he or she cancels).

The first page of the Agreement contains two sections - an agent and broker section.  The "Agent" section identifies the agent you who has accepted the referral.  The "Broker" section identifies the brokerage firm that the agent works out of. 

The second page of the Agreement is an Addendum to  the Sales Contract.  The Master Referral Agreement specifies that the referred agent MUST attach the  Addendum to the Sales contract.

We recommend that you try to obtain a thirty percent (30%) referral fee - even if it means seeking another agent or brokerage firm.  Other percentages are possible, but we recommend keeping ten percent (10%) for yourself, with the remaining going to the principal you refer.  Contact your broker if you need a different version of the referral agreement.

Once the referral agreement has been executed and returned to you, simply fax it to our office.  Be sure to include your name so that we know who to pay when the commission check comes in!
