How Much Will We Share With You?

The nationally and/or locally recognized, full-service REALTORS® in our DISCOUNT-REALTOR® network can share up to 50% of their commission with you!

The commission percentage a REALTOR® will share with you oftentimes depends on:

• The individual agent

• Local market conditions

• The total commission offered by the seller to the agent

• The purchase price of the home

• Laws in your state

• The total amount of time the agent spends with you

REALTOR® bonuses (prizes, etc.) are typically not shared with clients.
